1. Not financial advice#
Flow Signals is an information and education service. Nothing we provide is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to use any strategy. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker dealer, futures commission merchant, or commodity trading adviser, and we are not acting as your adviser or fiduciary. You should consult a licensed professional about your own situation before you trade.
2. No regulator has approved us#
No securities regulator has approved, endorsed, or reviewed Flow Signals or anything on our platform. Any claim to the contrary would be false.
3. About our signals#
Our signals are generated by a signal model from market data and are informational only. They come in four types: Bullish, Extreme Bullish, Bearish, and Extreme Bearish. An Extreme signal marks that the market has extended beyond a prior signal zone, which the model treats as a possible reversal area. This is a model detected possibility, not a guarantee of any reversal, timing, direction, or profit. See the Risk Disclosure for details.
4. Simulated and hypothetical performance#
The portfolio value, total return, and simulated capital shown on the dashboard are hypothetical model results, not a real brokerage account. Each signal maps to a simulated trade for illustration. No real orders are placed and no real money moves inside the dashboard.
Hypothetical and simulated results have inherent limits. Unlike a real trading record, they do not represent actual trading and may not reflect the impact of real market conditions, order fills, fees, or slippage. Because the trades were not actually executed, results may understate or overstate the effect of factors such as a lack of liquidity or the emotional pressure of live trading. Results are also prepared with the benefit of hindsight. For all of these reasons, past and simulated performance do not predict future results, and no representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results like those shown.
5. Accuracy and availability#
We work to keep the Service useful and current, but we do not warrant that any information, data, or signal is accurate, complete, reliable, or timely. Market data may be delayed or contain errors. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. We may change or update content at any time without notice.
6. Third party content and links#
The Service may reference third party data or link to third party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and using any third party site is at your own risk.
7. Your decisions are your own#
Any action you take based on the Service is your sole responsibility. Flow Signals is not liable for any trading losses or other losses that result from your use of the Service. Please read the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
