Refund Policy

When a refund may be considered, how refunds are handled, and our position on chargebacks.

This Refund Policy explains how Flow Signals handles refunds for the monthly subscription. It works together with the Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service.

Please read before you subscribe

Flow Signals is a digital subscription that gives you access to signal alerts as soon as you subscribe. Because access begins right away, subscription payments are generally non refundable except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception, as described below.

1. General policy#

Subscription fees, including monthly renewals, are generally non refundable once the billing period has started and you have access to the Service. Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a period you have already paid for. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds are handled manually#

We do not process automatic refunds. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us and a person will review your request. Any refund we approve is issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.

3. How to request a refund#

  • Email [email protected] from the email on your account.
  • Tell us your account email, the charge date, and why you are asking for a refund.
  • We will review and reply. If we approve a refund, we will process it through Stripe.

4. When we may approve a refund#

We review each request in good faith. We are more likely to approve a refund when, for example, you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the Service because of a problem on our side that we could not fix in a reasonable time. We are less likely to approve a refund simply because your own trades did not perform the way you hoped, because signals are educational only and no result is promised.

Owner to confirm performance credit

The prior Terms mentioned a possible one month credit if a subscriber took every announced trade and could document a losing month. If Flow Signals wants to keep any performance based credit or goodwill policy, please give counsel the exact rules so we can state them accurately here. It is left out on purpose until confirmed.

5. Chargebacks#

If you do not recognize a charge or have a billing problem, please contact us first. We can usually sort it out quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us can lead to your account being suspended or closed, and we may contest a dispute that we believe is not valid. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks are a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Your legal rights#

Nothing in this Policy takes away any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. If those laws give you a stronger right, that right applies.
