These Subscription Terms explain how the Flow Signals subscription is billed, renewed, and canceled. They are part of our Terms of Service. Refunds are covered separately in the Refund Policy.
1. The plan and price#
Flow Signals is a single paid plan billed at $50 per month, unless a different price is clearly shown to you at checkout. The price is in US dollars and does not include any taxes that may apply.
Payments are processed through Stripe on an account operated under Equity Flow LLC. Because of this, the charge on your card statement may appear under an Equity Flow or similar descriptor rather than Flow Signals. If you do not recognize a charge, contact [email protected] before disputing it.
2. Payment processor#
All payments are handled by Stripe using a secure checkout. We do not see or store your full card number. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the subscription and for each renewal until you cancel.
3. Automatic renewal#
Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same billing cycle until you cancel. Each renewal charges the payment method on file for the then current price. This keeps your access to signals uninterrupted.
4. Failed payments and grace#
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may keep your access active for a short grace period while we try to collect payment. If payment still cannot be collected, your access to paid features will end. You can update your payment method by contacting support.
5. How to cancel#
To cancel, email [email protected] from the email on your account and ask us to cancel. We do not currently offer a self service billing portal, so support is the way to cancel or make billing changes.
When you cancel, your subscription is set to not renew. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, access ends and you will not be charged again. Canceling does not by itself create a refund. Please see the Refund Policy.
6. Price changes#
We may change the subscription price. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the new price applies to your renewals, so you can decide whether to keep your subscription. Continuing after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
7. What your subscription includes#
An active subscription entitles you to receive signal alerts and to access the paid dashboard features while your subscription is active. Signals are informational and educational only. They are not financial advice, and no result is promised. See the Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer.
8. Alerts and notifications#
You choose how you receive signal alerts in your notification settings: in the app, by web push, by email, and, when available, by text message. You can change or turn off any channel at any time. Turning a channel off does not change your subscription or billing.
Text message consent. If you turn on SMS alerts, you agree to receive automated text messages from Flow Signals at the mobile number you provide, for the purpose of delivering the alerts you selected. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with market activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by turning SMS off in the app, and you can get help by replying HELP or emailing [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Confirm the SMS consent language, opt in flow, and required carrier disclosures (message frequency, HELP and STOP keywords, "message and data rates may apply", and any A2P 10DLC campaign registration) with counsel and the messaging provider before enabling SMS.
9. Taxes#
You are responsible for any sales, use, value added, or similar taxes that apply to your subscription, other than taxes on our income. If we are required to collect tax, it will be added at checkout or on your invoice.
10. Ending your subscription#
We may suspend or end your subscription if you break our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, for example by sharing your account or issuing an abusive chargeback. If we end your subscription for a serious violation, you may lose access without a refund.
11. Billing support#
For any billing question, email [email protected] and include the email on your account.
Please confirm the exact card statement descriptor shown by Stripe, and confirm whether Flow Signals wants to add a self service Stripe billing portal in the future. This page tells users to contact support because no billing portal exists in the code today.
