Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Flow Signals LLC ("Flow Signals", "we", "us", or "our"). They cover your use of our websites at flowsignals.io and app.flowsignals.io, and the signal alerts, dashboard, and related services we offer (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accepting these Terms#

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Who can use the Service#

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your country or state.
• You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is legal where you live.

3. Your account#

You sign in to the app with Google. We do not store a password for you. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone has gained access to your account.

One account is for one person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or your access to another person. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

4. What the Service does#

Flow Signals provides market data driven signal alerts and a simulated portfolio dashboard. Each signal is generated by our signal model from market data. Signals are organized into four categories: Bullish, Extreme Bullish, Bearish, and Extreme Bearish. An "Extreme" signal means the market has extended beyond a prior signal zone, which our model flags as a possible reversal area. This is a model detected possibility only. It is not a guarantee of any reversal, timing, direction, or profit.

Each signal maps to a simulated options trade for illustration. The portfolio value, total return, and simulated capital shown on the dashboard are hypothetical model results, not a real brokerage account. No real orders are placed, and no real money changes hands inside the dashboard. See the Disclaimer for the full simulated performance disclosure.

5. Not financial advice#

Nothing in the Service is personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not know your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance, and we are not acting as your adviser or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any outcome. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before you trade.

6. Subscription and billing#

The Service is offered as a paid monthly subscription of $50 per month, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Full billing details, renewals, and cancellation are covered in the Subscription Terms. Refund handling is covered in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use#

You agree to use the Service only as allowed by these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not resell or redistribute our signals, share your account, scrape or copy our data in bulk, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to break the law.

8. Our intellectual property#

The Service, including the signal model, the dashboard, our software, text, graphics, logos, and the Flow Signals name and marks, belongs to Flow Signals or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use while your subscription is active. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant.

9. Third party services and market data#

The Service relies on third parties, including market data providers, Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, and email and delivery providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Your use of any linked third party site is at your own risk and subject to that party terms.

10. Availability and changes#

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update or delay signals, or pause the Service for maintenance, without notice.

11. Suspension and termination#

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription as described in the Subscription Terms. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users. If we end your access for a serious violation, you may not be entitled to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimers#

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the Service, the signals, or any data will be accurate, reliable, complete, current, profitable, or fit for any particular purpose. Any reliance you place on the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability#

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flow Signals and its owners, officers, and suppliers will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we were told such damages were possible. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

14. Your responsibility to us#

You agree to cover and hold Flow Signals harmless from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

15. Changes to these Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after an update takes effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state and country where Flow Signals LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts or forum that we agree on with counsel. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts of these Terms may not apply to you.
