Cookie Policy
The cookies and similar technologies our sites use, including advertising and analytics tags.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on flowsignals.io and app.flowsignals.io, what they do, and how you can control them. It works together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are#
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. They help sites remember you, keep you signed in, keep the Service secure, and measure how the site is used.
2. Essential cookies#
These are needed for the Service to work and cannot be turned off in our systems. On the app we use a session cookie named flowsignals to keep you signed in, along with security tokens that help protect your session and prevent cross site request forgery. Without these you could not log in or use paid features.
3. Advertising and analytics on the marketing site#
Our marketing site at flowsignals.io loads third party tags to measure visits and to run and measure advertising. These currently include the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel. They may set their own cookies and share limited data with those providers so we can understand campaign performance and reach the right audiences.
These advertising and analytics technologies are used on the public marketing pages. The signed in app focuses on the essential cookies described above.
4. Third party cookies#
Some cookies are set by the services we rely on. For example, Google may set cookies during sign in and for advertising, Meta may set cookies for its pixel, and Cloudflare may set cookies to deliver and secure our sites. Those providers use cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
5. How to control cookies#
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in.
- You can opt out of many advertising cookies through your browser settings or through industry tools such as the ad settings offered by Google and Meta.
- You can turn off browser push notifications at any time in your browser or device settings.
Because our sites currently rely on essential cookies plus advertising and analytics tags on the marketing site, we do not show a separate cookie consent banner today. If you use the Service from a region that requires consent for advertising cookies, you can control them using the browser and provider tools above.
Please confirm whether a cookie consent banner or an opt out mechanism is required for the advertising tags (Google Ads and Meta pixel) in the regions where Flow Signals advertises, for example the EU, UK, and certain US states. This page discloses the tags but does not gate them.
6. Changes#
We may update this Cookie Policy as our sites and tools change. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do.
7. Contact#
