Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 Last updated July 8, 2026 Effective July 8, 2026 Draft for attorney review

What you may and may not do with your account, our signals, and our platform.

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for how you may use Flow Signals. It protects our paid signal product, our platform, and our other users. It is part of our Terms of Service. If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

1. One account, one person#

Your subscription is personal to you. You may not share your account or your access with anyone else, and you may not run one account for multiple people. Each person who wants signals needs their own subscription.

2. No resale or redistribution#

You may not resell, sublicense, republish, broadcast, or otherwise share our signals, alerts, or data with people who are not paying subscribers. This includes posting signals in group chats, channels, paid rooms, or on social media, and reselling access in any form. The signals are for your own personal use.

3. No scraping or bulk copying#

  • Do not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to extract data from the Service.
  • Do not copy, harvest, or store our signals or data in bulk.
  • Do not build a product or dataset from our content, or use it to train a model, without our written permission.

4. No reverse engineering#

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or try to derive the source code, the signal model, or the underlying logic of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it. You may not copy or imitate the Service to build a competing product.

5. No attacks or interference#

  • Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our written permission.
  • Do not upload malware, overload the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Do not bypass or defeat any access control, rate limit, or entitlement check.

If you want to report a security issue the responsible way, see our Security page.

6. No billing abuse or fraudulent chargebacks#

Do not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, and do not file false or abusive chargebacks. If you have a billing problem, contact [email protected] first so we can help. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us, when the charge is valid, is a violation of this Policy and can lead to account closure and collection of amounts owed.

7. Lawful use only#

Do not use the Service to break any law or regulation, to infringe anyone rights, to harass or harm others, or to engage in market manipulation or other unlawful trading conduct. You are responsible for making sure your use is legal where you live.

8. How we enforce this Policy#

We may investigate suspected violations and take action we think is appropriate, including warning you, limiting features, suspending or closing your account, reversing access, and reporting unlawful activity to the authorities. If we close your account for a serious violation, you may lose access without a refund. We may keep records needed to protect our rights and users.

9. Reporting abuse#

If you see someone reselling our signals, sharing an account, or misusing the Service, please tell us at [email protected].
